The Celebration of Life for Deputy Chief Edgar Van Horn will be held at DeSanto Community Hall, behind DCVFD Station 13, on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 12:00pm. Parking will be available in the commuter lot next to the building.

At the request of the family and DCO Van Horn, this will be a casual event. Uniform is optional.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that remembrances be made in the form of contributions to The Dale City Volunteer Fire Department.
